- Production Engineer:
Job Profile:
- Capable to handle a production team of 60+ personnel
- Maximize / optimize utilization of available resources to meet production target
- Improvement of man-hour efficiency
- Achieve process quality target and focus on critical parameter of production / product
- Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Compliance of safety norms as per industry standards and quality manual
- Monitoring shift wise production and improve plant’s overall equipment effectiveness
- Reduce downtime / breakdown
- Team alignment / contractor manpower handling
Experience :
Minimum three years experience, preferably in shipping container manufacturing. Knowledge of fabrication & welding procedure. Good understanding of drawing. Knowledge of 5S, KAIZEN, “Why-Why” analysis. MS Office Knowledge.
Qualification: BE Mechanical / BE Production / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2. Quality Control Engineer:
Job Profile
- Develops and implements of sampling, inspection, testing and evaluation of products
- Develops and implements statistical methods and design experiments to support process control, process/products developments
- Make, analyze and control the quality data of products and raw material.
- Coordinate with production department to achieve quality product.
- Must have work in container or wagon manufacturing industry
- Detailed knowledge of testing methods to conduct container inspection
- Detailed knowledge of quality instruments used in container inspection
- Must expertise in painting process
- Knowledge of ISO documentation is preferable
- Determining Quality Matrix for all manufacturing procedure Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctioning
Experience :
Minimum three years experience in Wagon or container manufacturing industry required.

BE Mechanical/ BE Instruments/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

3. Design Engineer:
Job Profile:
- Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans and graphics
- Develop test prototypes
- Identify and implements solutions to improve production capacity.
- Maintain existing designs and records
- Estimate cost limits and budget for projects
- Must have knowledge in generating BOQ and BOM.
- Knowledge of designing container or wagon
- Expertise in software like autoCAD 2d & 3D Modeling, Solidworks
- Must have knowledge of simulation process
- Coordinate with production and quality department to achieve desire output of products.
Experience:
Minimum three years experience from Container/Wagon Industry
Minimum three years experience in autocad 2D & 3D Modeling
Must have worked on solidwork software for two years
Knowledge of creo is preferable.
Qualification:
BE Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
